Lynda says:
Lynda had just finished up with Jennie's room when she moved onto Joe's. And like Jennie, knew that she had given Joe every chance in the world to clean his room and keep it clean. But time and time again, Joe would just blow it off, so finally, having had enough of her room being dirty, Lynda took matters into her own hands. She had hired professional cleaners and movers to come and professionally clean Joe's room and take all his stuff, including his bed, any posters on the wall, all his clothes, school books he would need, etc, packed and moved to a storage unit. Then she changed the lock on the door and locked it up good and tight. The last thing that Lynda was put a sign on Jennie's door which read:

EVICTION NOTICE!!
Since you insist on living like a filthy animal and don't understand the value of a dollar, you will be treated in the manner in which you choose to live. You will find you no longer have any stuff or have access to your room anymore. Your stuff, including all clothes, makeup, school books, beds, etc, have been placed in a storge location in which I only know where it is. If you would like to talk about this further, I will be in the living room. But until then, your new room is out in the barn in one of the empty stalls with your name on it. For your bed, you have a pile of hay, with a pillow and a sleeping bag.

Love, Lynda Cartwright.

After she posted the note, she couldn't help but smile. She knew that Jennie and probably Joe would go crying to their father, and she would deal with that when it came, but for now, she knew this was the only way Jennie and Joe was going to learn not only to keep things clean, but the value of money as well as how to take care of things.

"True, however, it was your fault that there was even a party to begin with," Andrew said. "I was just trying to cover your ass from getting grounded because of said party," Andrew said and then let out a sigh. "Joe, I hate it when we fight," he told him. "I love you and I only want you to not make the same mistakes I have made," he told him.

"And as you can see from the three children I have out of wedlock, I'm not exactly a saint," he said. "I just want you not to go down the wrong path," he added as he patted Joe on the back. "And I hope you know, I will always be there to kick your ass if you do decided to go down the wrong path," he said laughing.

Then he got serious again. "I know you both care about him, just as much as Adam and I do," he told Joe as he started to talk about Hoss. "Yes he has a lot going on, especially since Laura is coming, which by the way, you better not let her catch you teasing Hoss," he said. "She'll pin your ears to the wall," Andrew said laughing. "Besides, I heard her big brother is a professional boxer/MMA fighter, so you know she probably knows a thing or two," he added.

"And just who do you think she will come more to believing?" Andrew asked as he crossed his arms sternly. "You, with a reputation of getting in trouble at the drop of a hat, or me, who works and earns a living to make sure my boys have everything they need?" he asked as he smirked smuggly, knowing Joe knew Andrew was going to win this one. Then Andrew smiled as he began speaking again.

"Besides, if you wanna play that game and throw me under the bus," Andrew said with a smirk. "Then I'll just have to tell Lynda just who broke that crystal vase that Pa got her for their wedding night because you had that out of control party a few weeks ago," Andrew said smirkingly knowing he definately won this match.

Then he got serious  for a while. "And yes I am getting ready to go, and even though Adam will be here, I would like you to refrain from teasing Hoss while I'm gone," he told Joe. "You and Jennie both know he has a lot on his mind with his childhood girlfriend coming back and him not being 100%  for her like he wanted to be," he added.

Andrew was bringing down his suitcases for his trip to San Franisco when he saw the mess Joe had made. And was still currently making while he sat on the couch playing video games. As Andy put his suit case over by the door, he couldn't help but chuckle, knowing if Lynda saw this mess, she would tan Joe's hide. Andy knew that would be a sight to see. After sitting his suitcase by the door, andd before heading to his study.

"Hey, little Joe," Andy said softly but grinning. "You better clean this mess before Lynda comes down and tans your hide," he said and then he noticed Joe's school books and then turned back at Joe. "I know it's the weekend and I know you like to goof off for most of it before buckling down and studying, but do you think using your school books as a foot stool is the best use of them?" he asked Joe.
