With every touch he made against her skin, not only did goosebumps appear, but she always seemed to melt like ice cream setting in the hot sun. And this time was no different. First the goosebumps came and then the weakness that felt like she was melting. Elizabeth let out a content sigh as she reached as she softly touched his face. "Don't worry, you'll enjoy this surprise," she said with a smile on her face. "But you are right, we better get you up to the bath because your massage person will be here in an hour," she told him with a smile. Then she began to walk with him up the stairs and to their room. As they were slowly walking up the stairs, Elizabeth went on speaking to Ben with a soft yet happy tone in her voice. "I know it seems like I'm always a step or two ahead of you, and maybe I am," she told him as they were now walking down the hall, getting closer to their room. "But that's only because I've known you longer than Inger, Marie and Lynda have," she told him.
"So, I have a slight advantage over them," she said with a chuckle as they finally reached their room. Elizabeth stopped in front of the door and turned to look at Ben. She was now standing in front of the bedroom door as she looked down for a few minutes before looking back up at him with a smile. "But, getting back to business," she told him. "What I want you to do is after we go into the room, I want you to get undressed while I run you a nice hot bath," she told him softly. "Then once you are in the tube soaking and getting yourself clean, I will set out your Sunday best clothes," she told him. "Which you will put on after the massage person gets done taking most if not all those tense knots you keep getting because you keep trying to keep everything bottled up or you keep trying to do everything yourself and not let someone else carry some of the worry," she told him. Then Elizabeth leaned in and softly kissed Ben and then placed her forehead softly on his. "I love you Ben Cartwright and I'm not ready to lose you yet," she told him softly. "Now, let's get you feeling better so later on tonight, you can enjoy yourself," she said with a smile as she turned and opened the bedroom door.

from Elizabeth_Cartwright on 02/20/2026 07:00 AMWhen the hostages were escaping and running for their lives, the gunman took the opportunity to go after Elizabeth, which caused most of the damage that was seen around the house. Then the gunshots started and both the gunman and Elizabeth exchanged bullets, also causing both become wounded by the other. The gunman was shot in the shoulder though Elizabeth knew she could have easily taken the kill shot. And Elizabeth had been seriously wounded in the stomach causing her to lose her balance and fall to the floor, dropping her gun beside the couch. Once the gunman had realized that he had shot a cop, and thinking that she was dead, he knew he had to get rid of the body, so he drug Elizabeth's body to the basement staircase and just rolled it down the stairs.
When Tony ran into the house, the gunman freaked out and once again began shooting, hitting Tony in the shoulder. The gunman started to laugh uncontrollably as the SWAT team began to invade the house and just as they were getting ready to arrest the gunman, he turned his own gun on himself and pulled the trigger, killing himself instantly. As the SWAT team was starting to go room to room, making sure there was nothing else, one SWAT noticed the trail of blood that was leading to the basement, which he followed. That was when he found Elizabeth, unconious and shot, but still breathing and still very much alive. That's when he yelled up the stairs for everyone including Tony to hear. "HEY! I FOUND A FEMALE COP DOWN HERE!! SHE'S BEEN SHOT!!" he yelled, hoping that someone heard him.

She reached up and softly touched his face as she finally began to speak to him softly. "Aww...my poor cowboy," she told him. "Don't worry things will be better and Hoss will be back on his feet with a new heart in no time," she told him as she went on to change the subject. "Don't worry about the ranch," she told him. "I have already got Andrew and Adam looking into getting more help," she told him with a huge smile on her face. She knew that Ben had been working very hard between the ranch and studying, and Elizabeth knew this is what he really needed the most.
"And I know you don't care for surprises miuch, but I thought this once," Elizabeth said softly and still smiling. "You would get a kick out of what I've got in store," she told him. "First starting with you a nice hot bath and then I got someone coming to work on those sore muscles of yours," she added. "Then afterwards, we can get dressed in our best clothes and I will treat you to a nice and romantic dinner out," she told him with a huge smile. "And then durning dinner, I'll give you the surprise of a live time," she told him with a smirk. "Now let's get you up in that hot bath," she told him.

She kissed him back just as hard and passionate and then soon broke it as their captain called for Elizabeth to go in. She nodded and then looked back at Tony as she fought back the tears. "Hey, I'm coming back to you," she told him. "I promise you that," she added as she softly touched his face. "Besides, you think I'm going anywhere after you promised me that we could try for a baby girl after Frankie was born?" she asked him with a smirk. "Now, you just stay back here and wait for me," she said smiling. "
I'll be careful and I'll make sure I am covered good. I love you so much Anthony Dinozzo," she told him only using his whole name in special moments like this. Finally Elizabeth left Tony's arms and walked with their captain towards the hostage's door. The Captain gave her final instructions and soon, after taking one last look at Tony, she was standing at the door, talking to the purp, who finally let her in. There were guns all over the placed aim straight at the door but nobody really had a clear view of the purp. Everything went quiet for several minutes before there wasy yelling and that's when the shooting began and although the hostiages were able to run out of the house, Elizabeth was no where to be seen nor heard.

from Elizabeth_Cartwright on 11/14/2025 04:11 AMTony and Elizabeth Dinozzo was working a very bad and dangerous case. They had the perp surrounded by police cars and the S.W.A.T team standing by. They knew that had to be extra careful, since their perp had hostages and they didn't want them to get hurt. The two captains were talking about sending someone in to talk to the perp, and somehow Elizabeth knew they were thinking about her, so she went over to Tony, who had the same look on his face as she had on hers. She placed her hand on his arm as she began to speak to him. "Both of our captains are discussing about sending someone in there to talk the perp down," she told him softly. "I think they are going to ask me to go in since I can connect with people in ways that none of the others can," she told him.
Then Elizabeth took Tony by the hand and pulled him onto the other side of the police car as she went on speaking. "IF something should happen to me," she told him being very serious, knowing how dangerous their jobs were. "Promise me you take care of our boys and let them know that their mother loves them," she added. "And don't forget to tell Adam and Andrew the samething," she added. She could tell that Tony was not liking this conversation, but also knew that it needed to happen. Elizabeth reached up and softly touched his face and gave Tony the best smile she had. "Now, let me see that smile," she told him still smiling, even though both of them were scared as hell.
One Concert, Two Hearts
from Elizabeth_Cartwright on 11/14/2025 03:42 AMIt's been alomst a year since the Dinozzo boys had made a new album and went on tour. But a couple of months ago, the boys finished up their new album. And as Tony was getting them ready for the road again, it just occured to Elizabeth that Ben has never heard her younger boys sing before, so while Tony got the boys ready and started out on tour with them, Elizabeth was going to get herself and Ben ready for the tour of a lifetime. And this might help put the spark back into their mariage. She knew that between her work and her touring with her boys, and his ranch work and him studying to be a doctor, they sort of let the passion run out of their marriage, and now she was going to fight to get it back.
So, Elizabeth was in their bedroom packing bags for the both of them when she heard Ben coming down the hall. Elizabeth stopped what she was doing and smiled as she watched the door open and walking in to their room. She put down the clothes she was holding and walked over to him. She could see he had been working very hard on the ranch since Hoss couldn't be of any help right now. Once she was close to him, she reached up and softly touched his face. "Aww....my big, strong cowboy overdid it again, didn't he?" she asked him as she could see the tireness in Ben's eyes. "How about I fix you up a nice, hot bath?" she asked him. "Then I can explain my surprise I have for you," she added.
