Lynda says:
Lynda Cartwright was getting ready to fly to a medical conference in none other than New Orleans. She was sitting on the plane waiting for it to take off as her memories of New Orleans started to flood back to her. Lynda couldn't help but smile as she thought about the first hospital she ever invested in, which to this day was still thriving, just as strong as when she first started it. She also began thinking about all the people she had met and treated and the friends that she had made. But there was one man that has never left her thoughts, no matter how many times she married. Of course, she could also say that about the other husbands that was in her thoughts. Anyway, the man that was in her thoughts right now, and deep down, she would hope to see, was none other the famous spy of New Orleans, Maurice Demarigny. Just thinking about him made her smile and her heart start to skip beats. Finally, after the plane was done loading both passengers and luggage, it taxied its way to the runway, and soon while the plane was taking off, Lynda laid her head back and closed her eyes as she felt the plane taking off. Once in the air, Lynda opened her eyes and got herself a drink and a snack as she was enjoying her flight. Once she was done with her drink and snack, Lynda once again laid back and closed her eyes and soon was fast asleep.

Lynda stayed asleep until the pilot's voice came over the speaker and told everyone to get back to their seats and put their seatbelts back on since they would be landing in a little bit. After everything was cleaned up and everyone was back in their seats and buckled, the plane began to descend and soon the plane began to land. And though Lynda was pregnant, she wasn't showing yet, so flying her condition wasn't that bad. Plus, she had her assistant call the hospital in New Orleans to have her assistant there come to the airport to pick her up and take her to her hotel, though Lynda didn't know she was about to get the surprise of a lifetime. After the plane landed and taxied back to the unloading terminal, as Lynda was getting herself ready to get off the plane. Once the plane stopped and everything was ready to go, everyone, including Lynda, got up and started to slowly exit through the door and onto the tarmac and then finally into the airport itself. Lynda was one of the first few to enter the airport after leaving the tarmac. And as she looked around, she didn't see anyone there looking to pick her up, until her eyes met his. And that's when she saw the sign with her name on it. At first Lynda couldn't move as she stood there frozen. And then finally, she walked over towards him, with a smile on her face. She looked down and then back up at him. "I should have known that my assistant would call my husband Maurice Demarigny to come pick me up," she said with a chuckle and a blush to her face. "I should have known," she added and then went quiet so he could speak.

Gibbs had dropped Marie off at the hospital to get chemo treatment. They were still in Boston trying to get her tumor removed, which nobody but her and Gibbs knew about. But rather than risk an operation, they decided to do chemo instead. So, after kissing Gibbs goodbye, as he went to do some work, which she knew he would come back a little later, Marie walked into the hospital and went straight up to the cancer ward. After checking in, she sat down and waited to be called. In the meantime, while Marie was reading a magazine and waiting to hear her name, Maurice, her father was visiting a sick friend, who was also getting chemo treatment.

Finally, as Marie's name was being called, she put the magazine down and got up and walked over to an empty chair, getting ready to start her treatment, when she happened to walk by Maurice and his friend. That's when the friend noticed how much the lady looked like Marie. He coughed a little and then sat back as he looked at his friend. "Maurice," Doug started to say to Maurice. "That woman over there in the corner looks a lot like Marie, don't you think?" he asked with a chuckle. Then he took a couple sips of water and then went on speaking to Maurice. "How is Marie, by the way?" he asked as they both glanced over at the lady who was now getting her IV put in so that they could hook her up to her chemo drip. "Last I heard, you were saying she was getting married again to a cop," he said. "How was the wedding?" he asked.
