Andrew's mouth dropped open when he saw Peggy's hot pink hair. Then he looked over at Jennie and gave her a very stern look. He really didn't know what to say to either of them. Finally, after clearing his throat he turned back to Peggy and began to speak to her. 

"Your hair is very nice, but the way I see it," Andrew said. "You have two choices, your Aunt Jennie could dye it back to it's orginial color, and I will pretend none of this ever happened," he said. "Or you can keep the hot pink hair and lose everything that is not a necessity of life," he said. "Which means, no more makeup, no more phone, headphones, computers, Ipad....they are all going to be gone," he told her.  "

And if you think that you are going to outsmart me by buying new devices and anything else I take away and keeping them hidden, you can think again," he said. "Because I will also be taking your allowance away and I will make sure I embarrasse you every single day of your life. And that goes for everything including, picking out your clothes, to holding your hand and walking you into school," Andrew said. "So, which is it gonna be? Hm?" Andrew asked.
