"I try sis. I mean, I had no idea when I started this journey out here, how long exactly I was going to be, though I did prepare myself for a few hiccups, just not the ones I'm facing now," she added as her and Hoss followed a nurse back to a private exam room, holding hands "And I also knew exactly how wore out a person can get from taking care of mama," she added. "So that's why I made sure you had that number and placed it where you could see it," she added as she followed Hoss into the room and helping Hoss onto the exam table. 

"It's alright if you missed it," she told her sister. "I've missed it a few times myself after being so worn out," she added. "But please call Lisa first thing in the morning. You need sleep and relaxation. I don't need you down too," she added. "That's very understandable. Everything you feel right now, I have gone through myself, but it does help if you treat mom like a big baby, especially when she starts getting into everything and throwing everything," Laura added. 

"Putting on a show she likes or better yet, soothing music, and I can assure you she will settle down. And yes calling Ryan will also help. Sometime she just wants to talk to her baby boy," she added. "Even though he's the oldest," she said laughing just as a nurse was coming in to take Hoss's vitals

"Don't worry sis, I know you can do this and I'll try to be home really soon," she said. "Just stay cool calm and collective, and I just as soon as I know it's safe for Eric to travel, I'll bring him up so you can meet him. I know you miss me, and I miss you too Sarah. I love you sissy," Laura said. 

Laura got up from where she was sitting and walked over to where Hoss couldn't hear here, though she knew his eyes were on her. Laura took a deep sigh and then began to speak to her. She knew she had to get her sister at least the next two weeks or so, until she could get back up there, which hopefully, will be very soon. 

"Don't worry about it sis," she said with calmness to her voice. "You know I'm here to help my family as best I can," she added as she went on to give Sarah instructions on how to hand their mom. "There's sa number on the fridge you can call. It's mom's home nurse who specializes in people with mom's condition," Laura started to tell her.

"Call it. The nurse is name is Lisa. Tell her what's going on and that you have beend dealing with mom for a while and need a break," she added. "She'll stay for as long as you need her too," Laura added. "Once you gotten yourself refreshed and a few good nights sleep, mom should be easier to deal with.

Hopefully, I will be on my way back home very soon, though it's gonna depend on what the doctor says about Eric," she told her sister. "I'm planning to bring him with me, as long as his heart can stand the trip," she added with a sigh. "But if you absolutely get to where you can't handle mom....call Ryan," she added. "He's only jet plane ride away and can get there faster than I can," she added. 

"It's going great, though there are a few hiccups that I wasn't expect, but you know me," Laura said. "I will manage just fine, even with those hiccups," she told Sarah with a chuckle. Laura was about to tell Sarah the good news of hers and Hoss's engagement when she noticed how tired Sarah sounded.

"Are you okay sis? Is everything okay with mom?" she asked as she held back from telling Sarah her good news for the moment until she made sure that both Sarah and Mom was doing okay. "Is everything okay with mom?" she asked Sarah as she was getting worried. 

As Laura and Hoss was waiting in the waiting room for him to be seen by a doctor, Laura told him that she was going to check on Sarah and their mother. She pulled out her cell phone and went to her contacts. Once she found Sarah's, she hit the green call button and listened to Sarah's phone ring while she waited for Sarah to answer it.
